What kind of contact does Wunder have with my customers?

This is (almost) entirely up to you. We often work on projects that are still in the sales process. To the extent an offer letter or phone call from us would be helpful to move the process forward, we are happy to get involved. That said, we won’t reach out to a customer without having been introduced by you, our partner. When it is time to collect additional documentation we are happy to either work directly with the customer or to have you collect the information on our behalf. If we haven’t met or talked to the customer by the time they reach the contracting stage, we will make sure to schedule an intro call at that point.
